Hmm...I was born in Scotland and I seem to move around a
lot...I lived in PA near Philly for a couple of years, then MO til
I graduated college. After that I moved to Pittsburgh, PA for a
year to serve in Literacy*AmeriCorps teaching English and reading
to inner city kids. When that ended, I had to come back to MO where
I'm attempting to regroup.For the last year and a half I've been working at a residential facility for behaviorally disordered kids. Its a lot like the program I was involved with in Pitt, only 24 hours. Its a good job, and they're great kids, but I work overnight and that might eventually kill me.
I'm also attending graduate school at Pittsburg State University in Kansas to get my masters in literature. This means that I pretty much have no free time. Ever. Hopefully when i get through with that, I'll be teaching English and not living in my parents house.
